    The game follows series protagonist Tanner after he's suffered an accident that has left him in a coma. The player controls Tanner during his coma and have a strange "shift" ability which enables him to take control of any car he desires! The game is intended to be as realistic as possible with different racing modes & cop chases galore.

Position:  While working on Driver San Francisco my main duties were working with the marketing and vehicle team:
Creating high resolution renders to be used for online marketing which also involved 3D animations and motion graphics in HD and SD for marketing purposes; improving technical creative art problems to make sure the assets were created as streamlined as possible within the given time for the best quality;  managing outsource companies to ensure all submitted artwork was of the highest quality and delivered on time and within budget.

    The game is intended to be as realistic as possible, while retaining the arcade style gameplay, for that on the edge of your seat racing experience.
Position:  While working on GRID my main duties were working with the vehicle team, concepting livery designs and implementing them once approved, 3D modelling and 2D texturing DLC game content, managing outsourcing staff and game content and to also maintain and set new high standards and consistent Art content. I also had to set up the damage editor and set damage tolerances to create realistic and believable real-time damage for each unique vehicle. And to make sure the ingame lighting and shadows were correct for both the interior and exterior car model, and to rigorously check the models for bugs and imperfections and fix them.

    The game is intended to be as realistic and fun as possible, while retaining the arcade style gameplay, for that on the edge of your seat racing racing experience.
Position:  My main duties involved polishing art assets and making sure they looked and functioned correctly while running in the arcade game engine. My role extened to modelling track side objects as well as vehicle modelling. This also gave the opportunity to use and understand Mud Box and Z-brush for improving the standards of the game shaders. I also set up different lighting rigs for different environments to help create a specific style and mood for each environment.

    The game is intended to be as realistic as possible, while retaining the arcade style gameplay long associated with the legendary Sega Rally Series.
Position: While working on Sega Rally my main duties involved working with the vehicle team, finding new technologies and automated processes in order to create fantastic looking cars within the given time scale, conception of livery designs and managing outsource companies to ensure art work was consistent with documentation and was to a high standard.

I was responsible for creating outsourcing documentation for key game related assets. I was also given the chance to fully show and advance my skills for the ‘Next Gen’ gaming platforms, with regards to both software and hardware.

Hummer Badlands

    The game tried to recreate realistic looking hummers that looked and drove like the real thing. The Hummers were all fully upgradable from the Wheels to sunroofs.

Position: I worked as a lead vehicle artist on Hummer Badlands. I was responsible for outsourcing the car production as well as implementing new technology for the vehicles to look and function correctly in-game.

We used new technology for the scratch, dirt and morph zone damage on the Hummers, and also implemented new upgradable technology to increase the users gaming enjoyment.

Position: I worked as a car artist on Fast & The Furious, I was responsible for outsourcing the car production as well as implementing the designs and functionality of each car upgrade, and ensuring that all the licenses for the cars were approved by the manufacturers.

The cars had various lighting affects as the majority of the races were set during night time; this enabled me to work with the technology team to create stunning visual effects such as neon glows to burning rubber smoke particles from the tyres. The cars used a vinyl placement tool to layer vector art work, in composite layers.

Position: I worked as a Junior Vehicle Artist on Big Mutha Truckers, I was responsible for the car production mainly and was given the duty to find out and explore areas of 3D studio max that I wasn't yet familiar with and for simulating realistic crash damage for the car models.
